What Miki's Clients are saying...

I’ve been riding with Miklos for two years and it’s been an amazing learning experience! His lessons are always fun with great exercises to work on in between. He is very quiet, kind and patient but pushes you and your horse to want to learn more. He has been working with me, helping me bring my super sensitive 22 yr old Lipizzan back in to work and has helped both of us be more confident while doing the exercises to get him back into shape. I, highly, recommend attending one of his clinics. Whether mounted or auditing, there is so much to learn from him.

My horse was coming off of a twelve week layup when I began working with Miklos. He helped me bring him back into work in a way that was non stressful physically and mentally. Miki’s philosophy, experience and extraordinary knowledge of the importance of healthy biomechanics for the horse was important to me, but more importantly was Miki’s teaching style and the respect shown to the horse and me as the rider.

Working with Miki has brought new life and ideas to how I ride, train, and work with my own students. His teaching of dressage in a true Classical sense of lightness and harmony has been an inspiration. Miki is a gifted teacher and horseman, yet humble, so it’s truly an enjoyable and educational experience riding with him.

It is such a privilege to learn from a trainer of Miki’s caliber!  One of the many things I have learned from Miki is that lightness is key; that lightness must first come from the rider and then the horse will respond.  He has been instrumental in teaching my horses to become balanced and working correctly through their bodies, both through handwork and riding.  While Miki makes learning fun, he challenges the horse and rider to become better and is able to explain the process and theory of what he is teaching.  It’s when you actually experience that elusive circle of energy move through your horse that you know you are on the right path with the right trainer.  Thanks Miki!
